General information
The active alp village is located in the center of Flachau. Restaurants and shops are nearby. There are different accommodations in the alp village: Almlodges (luxus-alp air-huts for 2-10 people), Almflats (1-4 people), comfortable Almpartments (2-7 people) and Almsmarts Doublerooms. According our desire you will get an amply breakfast buffet or an already covered breakfast table in your „Almlodge“. Furthermore there are different sauna a big swimming pond and an in-house adventure program for relaxing and attractive holidays. All huts are with internetaccess for laptops.
Additional information
Please leave your credit card details to secure the booking, we will only charge your card in case of cancellation in the amount of the valid cancellation fee. The deposit can be paid after receipt of your booking confirmation conveniently by bank transfer or on request also by credit card.
Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. Final-cleaning: from € 0,- to € 180,- (rooms are without final-cleaning, at the Almpartements & Almlodges the final-cleaning depends).

The active alp village “Almlust” is located in the center of Flachau. The reception you find at the main street about 2 km after the beginning of Flachau on the right side.
The booking is fixed as soon as we have the advance payment of about the price of 2 nights inside of 10 days.
Please tell us the approximate time of arriving. Generally you can move into the huts on the day of arrival at 4.00 p.m. and at the departure you have to leave the huts till 10.00 a.m. If you arrive earlier we kindly ask you to check in also at our reception than we inform you when you can move into your hut.
